New Open!
Visited the newly opened Busan-style hot pot restaurant "Nak-Gob-Sae" in Desa Sri Hartamas.
Apparently, this chain operates 30 locations primarily in Seoul, South Korea.
"낙곱새 (Nak-Gob-Sae)" is a stir-fried hot pot originating from Busan, combining "낙지 (Nakji: octopus) + 곱창 (Gopchang: large intestine/offal) + 새우 (Seo: shrimp)". The balance of sweetness and spiciness was perfect, and it was incredibly delicious.
The chive pancake (pajeon) was cooked with less batter, resulting in a crispy texture, and the dipping sauce had a unique flavor. Both dishes were exactly my taste. The atmosphere inside was calm, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back. Currently, they do not accept reservations and are walk-in only.

Desa Sri Hartamas にオープンしたばかりの釜山式鍋「ナッコプセ」のお店へ。
ここは韓国・ソウルを中心に30店舗展開しているお店だそう。
“낙곱새（ナッコプセ）”とは、「낙지（ナクジ：タコ）＋곱창（コプチャン：大腸・ホルモン）＋새우（セウ：エビ）」を組み合わせた、釜山発祥の炒め煮鍋。甘さと辛さのバランスがよく、とてもおいしかった。

I'd been wanting to try Shanghai's famous crab noodles (crab roe noodles). It's a dish made with Shanghai crabs, where the crab roe and crab meat are blended into a sauce and tossed with noodles.
A Shanghai noodle restaurant serving this dish has newly opened in MyTown, Kuala Lumpur!
I went to check it out right away.
One serving of crab noodles is RM98! It's Atas!
You can savor the rich crab flavor coating the firm noodles, and enjoy changing the taste with toppings or black vinegar.
They also offer crab-filled xiaolongbao, side dishes, and various more affordable noodle dishes without crab. A must-check for Shanghai crab lovers!

食べてみたいと思っていた、上海名物の蟹麺（蟹黄面)。上海蟹を使って、蟹の“黄（ミソ）”と蟹肉を餡掛け状にして、麺に和える料理です。
その料理を出す上海ヌードルのお店が、クアラルンプールのMyTownにニューオープン！
早速行ってみました。
1人前の蟹麺がRM98(¥3600)！高級です！
濃厚な蟹の美味しさが絡むコシのある麺を堪能でき、トッピングや黒酢で味変も楽しめます。
蟹入りの小籠包やサイドディッシュ、蟹を使用しないもっとお手頃な麺料理もいろいろあります。上海蟹好きは要チェック！

KAZUMA, a Japanese restaurant inside Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. We can enjoy an authentic and diverse menu in a tranquil dining area or private rooms.
This was my first visit, and from appetizers to dessert, it was the true taste of Japan.
The signature Ichiya boshi (grilled seasoned & dried ) mackerel is entirely homemade, from the seasoning to the preparation. Its crisp, fragrant skin and plump fish are exquisite. The sashimi was incredibly fresh. The unagi Yanagawa, with its rich seasoning, evoked the nostalgic taste of Japan. The KAZUMA bento box, perfect for gatherings, is packed with appealing many dishes. And for dessert, the Abekawa mochi and strawberry daifuku were must-order delights.
A hidden gem of a Japanese restaurant with great location and ambiance. Definitely worth checking out.

今回はじめて伺いましたが、前菜からデザートまで、日本の味そのものでした。
シグネイチャーの鯖の一夜干しは、味付けから全て自家製で、パリっと香ばしい皮とふっくらとした身が絶品。お刺身もとても新鮮。うなぎの柳川は濃いめの味付けでまさに日本の懐かしい味。会食などにもぴったりなKAZUMA弁当は魅力的なおかずがぎっしり。そして締めのデザートの、安倍川餅やいちご大福もマストオーダーの美味しさでした。
立地も雰囲気も良い穴場の和食レストラン。要チェックです。

Happy 10th Anniversary!
Nobu KL, which opened in 2015, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year!
Owner-chef Nobu Matsuhisa, who has created legends worldwide from Hollywood to Tokyo, London to Dubai, hosted a grand party to which I was invited.
The Sultan's family of Selangor were also present, and we enjoyed exquisite cuisine and champagne, accompanied by taiko drums, violin music, and a laser show.
The Nobu Group operates 77 restaurants across more than 30 countries worldwide. The 2015 opening of the Kuala Lumpur branch marked Nobu's first venture into Southeast Asia.
Nobu KL continually updates its menu, blending Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, merging traditional Japanese techniques with Peruvian influences, and incorporating local ingredients and seasonal elements.
