Chef KT, who studied authentic flavors from a Spanish master for four and a half years, shows off his skills.
From the charcuterie board with pork prosciutto and cheeses, you'll feel like you're in Spain. The Pedron peppers, which are like mild shishito peppers, are simple and a must-order. The gazpacho, tortilla, shrimp al ajillo, and grilled octopus are all delicious, with simple seasoning that brings out the best in the ingredients.
If this place were in my neighborhood, I would definitely be a regular!
It's a fun, delicious, and wonderful place! Manager Harish's hospitality is also wonderful.

Hatyai is incredibly convenient, with many places just a few minutes' walk away.
For three days, I repeated the cycle of going out for meals and returning to the hotel and work.
Every place mentioned here, except for one restaurant, is within a 7-minute walk.
Glancing up along the bustling street, I spotted statues of angels and such—utterly out of place on this street!
Nice vibe.
多くの場所に徒歩数分で行けるHatyaiはとても便利。ご飯食べに行ってホテルに戻って仕する、というサイクルを繰り返す3日間。
ここに出てくる場所は、１つのレストランを除きすべて徒歩7分圏内。
賑やかな通り沿いをふと見上げると、通りに似つかわない天使などの像が！
いい感じ。

Absolutely delicious! I came to savor every bite of this authentic Italian sandwich.
La Spiga d'Oro, born in Kuala Lumpur in 2021, carries on Italian tradition.
Guided by a philosophy of never compromising, they create schiacciata sandwiches. These sandwiches, whose name comes from the Italian "schiacciare" (to press flat), feature freshly baked flatbread filled with the finest meats and cheeses imported directly from trusted Italian producers.
The classic "Prosciutto e Mozzarella RM42" with prosciutto, pesto sauce, and mozzarella is a surefire hit. The "Porcello RM39" with pancetta, Emmental cheese, and truffle sauce melts in your mouth!
They also offer ham by weight and have an extensive wine selection. Ample parking is available in the building, making it easy to stop by.

I waited a week before cutting it. Even though it was still a bit early for peak ripeness, it was incredibly sweet, fresh, and had a blissful flavor.

Congratulations 2nd Anniversary!
Pyro, highly acclaimed the wood-fired restaurant in Damansara led by Chef Louis. When I visited before, I was really impressed by the high-quality dishes where the excellent ingredients truly shone.
That's when I heard about their "2nd Anniversary Party Event," so I booked immediately and visited today. For RM98+, you get sashimi, two hot dishes, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and all-you-can-drink draft beer.
Huge fresh oysters, medium-fatty tuna, and salmon sashimi. For the hot dishes, you could choose from four carefully selected options, with the option to add more at RM25 per dish.
The exquisite roast beef, pulled duck and foie gras burger, easy-to-eat fried chicken cordon bleu, and beef tartare appetizer were all prepared and tasted like high-end restaurant fare, making for a blissful time.
The event style was also very educational.
We'll be attending the 3rd anniversary event too!

巨大な生牡蠣に中トロとサーモンのお刺身。温かいお料理は厳選された4種から選べて、1品あたりRM25で追加も可能。
絶品ローストビーフ、プルドダックとフォアグラのバーガー、食べやすくフライになったチキンコルドンブルー、牛のタルタルアペタイザーは高級料理店の仕上がりと味で、至福の時間。

Le Midi, on level 32 of Crowne Plaza KLCC, combines a chic brasserie, an elegant bar, and a stunning outdoor terrace.
Their dishes truly impressed us: velvety liver mousse, crispy puff pastry, and a rich, traditional onion gratin soup. Mains like salmon and chicken had perfectly crispy skin and juicy centers, paired with a generous medley of vegetables. The finale was a flambé dessert, authentically finished with Grand Marnier – a show to remember.
