So aroma is excellent.
There are 5 type of beans. 3 house blend and 2 single origin.
Grind option is 7kinds. Extra fine to Extra coarse.
If you ask to them, they will advice you which beans, which grind type is the best for you.
I tried “ House blend N1”. It’s bitter but after drink, very refreshing. Not sour.
So suitable for both black coffee and with milk. My favourite taste !
Packaging also nice. So It’s very good present for Father’s Day too !

私はハンドプレスを使っていて、ブラックでもミルク入りでも美味しくいただける豆がいいと話すと、ベストな豆を選んでローストし、挽いて届けてくれました。

チャイニーズレストランで、フライドチキンの新メニュー。
大きなチキンが3ピースと野菜の甘酢漬けのセットがRM12.9++。
外側はかなりカリカリサクサク。中はジューシーで、程よい味付けで美味しいです。
私はデリバリーで注文しましたが、バナナリーフが1枚敷いてあるだけで雰囲気がいいので、さすがプロ、と感じました。(支店によって容器は異なると思いますが。)
店内でもいただけるし、注文しておいて揚げたてをドライブスルーで受け取ることもできます。

庭が見渡せる大きな清々しいガラス窓に高い天井、じゅうぶんな距離を保って配置されたテーブル。
久々(2ヶ月ぶり！)のホテルレストランでの外食は、とても快適に楽しむことができました。
現在シスルホテルでは、ランチタイムとディナータイムに店内で食事ができます。同じメニューをテイクアウトも可能。
ランチはRM14.9のお得なメニューが4種あり、ディナーはラマダン時期のスペシャルセットメニューが3種と追加で注文できる料理が8種。
いつものこの時期だと、ホテルではラマダンビュッフェだけの提供ですが、今年のようなセットメニューだと、いろいろなものをリーズナブルな価格で試すことができるので、日本人の方でマレー料理を食べ慣れないという方でも、手軽に味わえるいい機会です。私がいただいたセットは、おいしいマレー式フライドチキンと酸味のある魚料理のアッサムペダス( 魚はサワラ。)、野菜料理がメインとなる内容ですが、追加で頼んだ甘しょっぱい味付けのビーフリブやオーツのイカフライなどは、子供でも好む味付けのお料理です。

ポンデロッサゴルフ場がラマダン時期に売り出している食事セット。アラビアン、マレー料理、西洋料理の3種があり、どれも6-8人前でRM68nett。
友人がここのセットをリピートでオーダーしていると聞き、試しにアラビアンをオーダーしました。
どれもすごく美味しくて、しかもすごいボリュームなのに安くて驚き。計算できているか心配になるほどです。
どれもシンプルな素材を活かす味付けで、甘ったるいものや辛いものが一つもないので、子供も全て好む味。
チキンは軽いスモークの香りがし、ラムは臭みなく塩味で香ばしくシンプルに焼かれ、揚げたドリーフィッシュも酸味はなく塩味でマリネされレモンと玉ねぎのせ。付け合わせのトマトソースとキュウリとトマトのマリネは、ピタパンにお肉と一緒に挟んだり、ご飯と一緒に食べても。フルーツも全て甘かった。
3-4人家族なら、2回楽しめる量。
