Nobu KL, which opened in 2015, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year!
Owner-chef Nobu Matsuhisa, who has created legends worldwide from Hollywood to Tokyo, London to Dubai, hosted a grand party to which I was invited.
The Sultan's family of Selangor were also present, and we enjoyed exquisite cuisine and champagne, accompanied by taiko drums, violin music, and a laser show.
The Nobu Group operates 77 restaurants across more than 30 countries worldwide. The 2015 opening of the Kuala Lumpur branch marked Nobu's first venture into Southeast Asia.
Nobu KL continually updates its menu, blending Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, merging traditional Japanese techniques with Peruvian influences, and incorporating local ingredients and seasonal elements.

I stayed 2nights first time after 1 year.
With simple but very clean rooms, a view that you never get tired of looking at, friendly staffs, food that feels like great value for the price, and a beautiful hidden bar, this hotel exceeded my expectations and gave me a wonderful time.
What's more, the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which is really convenient, with restaurants and a large 24-hour supermarket with a wide selection.
I highly recommend this hotel not only for tourists but also for staycations.

Lunch with two friends after several months. We enjoyed a three-course set lunch at Merdeka Grill on the 75th floor of the Park Hyatt Hotel. The set lunch is RM168+ for two courses and RM198+ for three courses, with several menu options to choose from.
They kindly confirmed any Dietary restrictions beforehand.
We started with eggplant hummus and bread. The modern, beautiful presentation, simple yet high-quality ingredients, and friendly, attentive service made for a wonderful experience.
Everything was absolutely delicious!
The view from the 75th floor was also outstanding.
I was delighted to meet Executive Pastry Chef Holger @holgerdeh. He made a thoughtful gesture, and the gentle cheesecake and vanilla bean-like cake were also delicious.
Lunch reservations are booked solid for the next 1-2 weeks, so I recommend booking well in advance.

ナスのフムスとパンでスタート。モダンで美しい盛り付け、シンプルで上質な素材を活かす料理、フレンドリーで気の利いた接客で、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。どれもとても美味しかった。75階からの眺めも抜群。

Lunch with two friends after several months. We enjoyed a three-course set lunch at Merdeka Grill on the 75th floor of the Park Hyatt Hotel. The set lunch is RM168+ for two courses and RM198+ for three courses, with several menu options to choose from.
They kindly confirmed any Dietary restrictions beforehand.
We started with eggplant hummus and bread. The modern, beautiful presentation, simple yet high-quality ingredients, and friendly, attentive service made for a wonderful experience.
Everything was absolutely delicious!
The view from the 75th floor was also outstanding.
I was delighted to meet Executive Pastry Chef Holger @holgerdeh. He made a thoughtful gesture, and the gentle cheesecake and vanilla bean-like cake were also delicious.
Lunch reservations are booked solid for the next 1-2 weeks, so I recommend booking well in advance.

友人2人との数ヶ月ぶりのランチ。パークハイアットホテルの75階にあるムルデカグリルにて、3コースセットランチをいただきました。セットランチは2コースRM168+、3コースRM198+で、数種類のメニューから選べます。事前に苦手な食材やアレルギーに対してもしっかり確認してくださいました。
ナスのフムスとパンでスタート。モダンで美しい盛り付け、シンプルで上質な素材を活かす料理、フレンドリーで気の利いた接客で、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。どれもとても美味しかった。75階からの眺めも抜群。
エグゼクティブパティシエのHolger氏@holgerdehにもお会いできて嬉しかった。粋なはからいをしていただき、優しいチーズケーキとバニラビーンズのようなケーキもとてもおいしくいただきました。
ランチは1-2週間先まで予約が埋まっているので、早めの予約をおすすめします。

The Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur Hotel just opened in Merdeka 118 (678.9m), the second tallest building in the world.
I was looking forward to its opening.
All of the restaurants and bars are on the 75th floor, and I visited the chocolate-themed bar.
You can enjoy the fusion of mixology and the art of chocolate, including original chocolate blocks created by Executive Pastry Chef Holger Deh, a variety of cacao-based cocktails and mocktails, and chocolates from various origins, types, and blends.
The welcome drink and moist towel were also a little surprise.
This bar is located on the highest floor in Kuala Lumpur. It's beautiful and delicious, and has become one of my favorite bars.

開業を楽しみにしていました。
レストランやバーは全て75階にあるのですが、その中のチョコレートをテーマにしたバーに行ってきました。
エグゼクティブペストリーシェフHolger Deh氏によるオリジナルのチョコレートブロックや、カカオを使用したカクテルやモクテルの数々、さまざまな産地や種類、配合の異なるチョコレートなど、ミクソロジーと芸術的なチョコレートの融合を楽しめます。
ウェルカムドリンクとおしぼりにもちょっとした驚きがありました。
クアラルンプールで最も高層階に位置するバー。美しくておいしくて、お気に入りのバーになりました。
